Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems:

1. Quality problem: The customer must provide photos or videos within 14 days of receiving the goods, and the photos or videos must be shown: the logistics bill of lading on the product packaging (the bill of lading number and shipping address must be included in the bill of lading).
It can clearly show product quality problems.

After providing the above information, we have two options:

(1) If the quality problem can be solved with accessories, we can provide them for free. If sending accessories can solve the problem, returns are not accepted.

(2) If the quality problem is very serious and cannot be solved by accessories, the product can be refunded at half price or even full price. The specific refund amount should be discussed with the customer.
2. For quality problems raised over 14 days or caused by improper human operation, we can provide accessories to solve them.

After receiving the package over 14 days of poor quality problems or inability to prove quality problems:

(1) No refunds are given.

Possibility of return within 14 days of receiving the package (free return)

We send a return label to the customer and they can receive a full refund after sending the packages back to our warehouse.

Replacement

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the existing item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
